Financial Analysis That Actually Makes Sense
We're not your typical number-crunching consultancy. For seven years, we've helped Vietnamese businesses cut through financial confusion and make decisions that stick. No jargon, no overcomplicated reports — just clear insights that help you move forward with confidence.
Why We Started SenseBlox
Back in 2018, I was working with a manufacturing client who'd spent months trying to figure out why their profits kept shrinking despite growing sales. Three different consultants had given them three different answers, each more confusing than the last.
That's when it hit me — most financial analysis gets lost in translation. Business owners need someone who can look at their numbers and explain what's really happening in plain language. Not just what the data shows, but what it means for their next quarter, their hiring plans, their growth strategy.
So we built SenseBlox around a simple idea: financial analysis should illuminate, not complicate. Every report we create, every recommendation we make, gets tested with one question — will this help our client sleep better at night or make decisions faster during the day?
Seven years later, we've worked with over 200 businesses across Vietnam. Manufacturing companies, tech startups, retail chains, service providers — they all share the same need for financial clarity that drives real action.
The People Behind Your Analysis
We believe good financial advice comes from understanding both numbers and the humans who have to act on them. Our team combines technical expertise with real-world business experience.
Linh Tran
Spent eight years in corporate finance before joining our team. She has this knack for spotting patterns others miss and explaining complex cash flow issues in ways that actually make sense.
Mai Nguyen
Former operations manager who switched to consulting after helping her own company turn around their financials. She understands the practical side of implementing recommendations.
How We Work With You
Every business is different, but confused finances usually stem from similar root causes. Our process focuses on finding those causes and fixing them systematically.
Data Gathering That Makes Sense
We don't ask for everything at once. Instead, we start with your core financial statements and operational data, then dig deeper based on what we find. Most insights come from three or four key metrics, not hundreds.
Context Before Numbers
Before we analyze anything, we want to understand your business model, seasonal patterns, and current challenges. Numbers without context are just math — context turns them into actionable insights.
Recommendations You Can Actually Use
Every suggestion we make comes with implementation steps and expected timelines. We've learned that theoretical advice doesn't help anyone — you need practical next steps that fit your reality.
What Drives Our Work
Clarity Over Complexity
If we can't explain it simply, we haven't understood it well enough. Every analysis we deliver prioritizes clear communication over impressive-looking charts.
Actionable Insights
Beautiful reports don't solve business problems. We focus on recommendations you can implement next week, not theoretical strategies that sound good in meetings.
Long-term Partnerships
Most of our clients work with us for years, not months. We succeed when your business grows sustainably, so we think in quarters and years, not just project timelines.
Let's Talk About Your Numbers
Good financial analysis starts with understanding your specific situation. We'd love to learn about your business and explore how we can help bring clarity to your decision-making process.
